DAY ONE

Smooth sailing so far
Little to no trouble leaving my dirty habits
But I mean. Its not like I make it without any coping mechanisms, you know like techniques to keep any urges that might arise, in check.
I have a few, I'll probably show them off over the course of these 2 weeks.
Recently, I've found it very helpful to calm any urges by highfiving myself in the mirror.
